 The following actions were taken at the July HOA Board meeting: - Discussed proposed bid to relocate sprinklers that need to be moved due to upcoming sidewalk construction, replacing the clock on the sprinkler system at the entrance, changing the type of one sprinkler head near the playground, and putting lock boxes on all sprinkler controls. The bid submitted is $510. President, Carolyn Carroll, will request an additional bid and the Board will choose the better bid within the next several weeks. - Approved a Curb Appeal award of $25 to be given to a homeowner whose property is determined by the Board to be outstanding. - Approved the purchase of paint for mailboxes to be distributed upon request by homeowners. - Approved the purchase of mulch to be put under the swings in the playground. - Financial summary was presented by Treasurer George Rogers. All homeowners except four are current on Association dues. The next meeting will be at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 20th, at the Powder Springs City Hall. |

No motorized vehicles are allowed on community property. If you see motorcycles or 4-wheel ATVs on community property, please notify the police. All vehicles parked in driveways must have current registration and must be operable. |
If you call the Association’s attorney, any expenses in-curred due to your call are your responsibility. If you did not get Bylaws and ACC documents at your closing, contact Carolyn Carroll for copies. You can pay your Homeowners Association dues in installments so you won’t be hit so hard in December and Janu-ary of next year. Contact George Rogers to arrange a payment schedule. |
